•          Verify Handover functionality performance, SSD, SSV, MSV, cluster etc.

•          Verify network stability by executing model tuning testing on TEMS, Xcal

•      Verify the network, site functionality properly, antenna positions, antenna directions

•      Identify major call related problems (dropped calls, hardware problems, etc.)

•      Train new employees and rectify any software or hardware issues.
